Maisa al-Madi

Maisa Al-Madi has built a strong career in legal and compliance roles, currently serving as Compliance Assistant Manager at Olayan Saudi Holding Company since May 2022. Prior to this position, Maisa held the title of Legal and Compliance Manager and Compliance Officer at United International Co. Ltd from July 2018 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Legal Advisor at AlmadiCmr from 2013 to July 2016, where involvement included reviewing and drafting various legal documents and addressing issues related to Saudi commercial law. Additionally, Maisa gained valuable experience as a Trainee, further developing expertise in legal documentation and procedural matters.
