Steven Nelson

Steven Nelson is an experienced restaurant management professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as General Manager at Logan's Roadhouse since October 2020, Steven also holds the position of General Manager at Old Chicago Restaurants, where tenure began in January 2016, and has previously advanced from Assistant General Manager. Steven's extensive background includes roles as General Manager at Logan's Roadhouse from 1999 to 2015, where leadership involved overseeing a multi-million dollar full-service restaurant, as well as managerial positions at Texas Land and Cattle, Cracker Barrel Restaurant, and Eggery. Steven's leadership experience encompasses opening new locations and developing operational systems that enhance sales and brand performance. Education was obtained at Scottsdale Community College from 1982 to 1983.
