Jeremy Haney

Jeremy Haney has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent management, recruiting, and HR roles. Jeremy is currently the Head of Talent Management at Old Mission. Previously, they served as an Advisory Board Member for the Illinois Technology Association (ITA) and was on leave at Non Compete. Jeremy also held the position of Head of Sourcing, Candidate Development, and Recruiting Manager at Citadel LLC, where they successfully revamped the technical recruiting process and built a strong internal team. Before that, they were the HR Director at GGP and played a key role in leading People Operations at Belly as Head of People. Jeremy also worked as an Engineering Recruiter at Google, sourcing and engaging candidates for various engineering positions.
