David Cordes

David Cordes has extensive work experience in the corporate training and development field. David began their career as an Education & Development Specialist at DuPage Credit Union in 1999 and held this role for two years. In 2001, they transitioned to First USA (Chase) as a Cardmember Service Training Specialist until 2002. Following that, they joined MidAmerica Bank (PNC) as a Retail Trainer from March 2002 to November 2003. Then, David joined Old Second National Bank in December 2003, initially serving as the Vice President of Training & Development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Corporate Learning, a role they have been in since December 2022.
