Jada-Amina H is a seasoned arts professional with extensive experience in curation, community engagement, and arts education. Currently serving as the Lead Curator and Black Harvest Festival Coordinator at the Gene Siskel Film Center of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago since August 2022, Jada-Amina also holds the position of Community Ventures Coordinator at the Old Town School of Folk Music. Co-founder of Passion to Profession, Jada-Amina focused on creating productive spaces for youth artists to explore sustainable careers in the arts. A fine artist since 2014, Jada-Amina has held various roles including Program Facilitator at Future Leaders of Chicago and support roles at Marwen. Jada-Amina earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, along with studies at Otis College of Art and Design.
