Becca Baker, Ph.D. began their work experience as a Research Consultant at the National O*NET Center in 2006, managing research projects and developing job descriptions. Becca then moved on to the Center for Creative Leadership in 2005 as a Research Analyst, focusing on case study research and online surveys. From 2007 to 2019, Becca worked at JCPenney in various roles, including Leadership & Organizational Development Director, where they led initiatives in leadership development and training. Most recently, they joined Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in 2020 as Vice President for Organizational Development, Learning, and Talent Management. Throughout their career, Becca has demonstrated expertise in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and strategic HR management.
Becca Baker earned a BA in Psychology from Baylor University in the years 1996-1999. Becca went on to obtain a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University between 2002-2007. In addition, Becca Baker has obtained various certifications including DDI Facilitator Certification and Hogan Assessment Certification.
