Emily Schneider, MS has a diverse work experience in the field of environment, health, safety, and sustainability. Emily currently holds the position of VP, EHS & Sustainability at Oldcastle Infrastructure since 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability at Avery Dennison from 2021 to 2023, where they developed and implemented strategies to ensure environmental responsibility and compliance across 12 manufacturing sites.

Emily also worked as the Regional Environmental Manager at Vulcraft Verco - Division of Nucor Corp from 2017 to 2021, where they successfully established an environmental compliance and sustainability program and achieved ISO 14001 certification. Before that, they were the Environmental, Health and Safety Compliance Coordinator at Cascade Asset Management from 2015 to 2017, focusing on EHS and sustainability programs implementation.

Emily'searlier experiences include the role of Regional Environmental, Health, and Safety Coordinator at Cummins NPower from 2012 to 2015, where they implemented EHS and sustainability programs across 13 sites, and various environmental internships at Columbia County Land and Water Resource Management, University of Minnesota, and Wisconsin Wildlife Federation and MacKenzie Environmental Education Center.

Emily Schneider, MS holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science, Policy, and Management from the University of Minnesota. Emily also has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Environmental, Safety, and Health from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In 2016, they obtained certifications as an ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 Internal Auditor from Bureau Veritas and has additional certification in OSHA 511 from the OSHA Safety Training Institute.
