Shaun Kupko

Shaun Kupko has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in various leadership roles. Shaun started their career as a Business Analyst at Avnet in 2000 and later worked as a Manager of Financial Reporting at Radyne Corp. Shaun then joined AeroAstro as a Divisional Controller, where they managed accounting and financial tasks and collaborated on budgeting and strategic planning. After that, they worked as a Plant Controller at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies, overseeing all accounting, IT, and financial tasks. At Honeywell, they held multiple roles, including Sr. Financial Analyst and Sr. Pricing Analyst. Shaun then joined Infineon Technologies as a Financial Controller, managing finance and accounting elements at the facility and working closely with the regional and international teams. Currently, they are the Finance Director at Oldcastle Infrastructure, where they collaborate with the regional president and area general managers to ensure financial and strategic goals are met.
