Colin Rice

Colin Rice is a Land Use and Real Estate Attorney at Older Lundy Koch & Martino, where Colin is a founding member of the Real Estate and Land Use practice group, having joined in February 2023 to enhance the firm's service offerings. Prior to this role, Colin was an associate attorney at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, specializing in real estate and land use matters. Colin's extensive experience includes serving as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Tampa, where representation involved numerous rezoning and special use applications. Earlier in their career, Colin worked as a law clerk for the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and interned at both the City of Tampa Attorney's office and Jun Colin Law Offices. Colin holds a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Emory University.
