Steve Monroe has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Steve began their career as an Associate at Trammell Crow Company, where they handled leasing and development projects. Steve then moved on to CB Richard Ellis, where they became a Managing Director and Broker, overseeing operations in New Mexico and California. During their time at CB Richard Ellis, they also continued their role in multihousing sales brokerage. Steve later joined Magi Real Estate as Vice President of Acquisitions, where they pursued acquisition opportunities for the company across various states. Steve then served as the CEO of DPR Investments, managing multiple lines of business and significantly growing the company's size and profitability. Before their current role, Steve was an Independent Advisor, providing real estate advisory and consulting services for clients. Steve is currently serving as the Market Manager and Vice President of Brokerage Services at Oldham Goodwin Group, responsible for establishing and growing the company's office in San Antonio and South Texas.
Steve Monroe received their Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from Texas A&M University in the years 1977 to 1981. Steve later pursued their Master of Science in Land Development with a focus on Real Estate at Texas A&M University from 1984 to 1986. Additionally, Steve obtained the CCIM Designation from the CCIM Institute, although the specific time of certification is not provided.
