Michael Serposs

Michael Serposs is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment and development finance. As a Founding Partner at Oldtown Capital Partners since October 2019, Michael focuses on value-add multifamily acquisitions and development in high-growth markets. Previously, Michael served as a Partner at HASE Companies and held the position of Director of Development Finance at Starwood Retail Partners LLC, where responsibilities included underwriting and budgeting for development projects. Early career roles included positions at Duff & Phelps as a Real Estate Analyst and as a Development Intern at Dominium. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics as well as International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and studied at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
