Sarah Rippon

Sarah Rippon is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the food and beverage sector. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager at Ole & Steen since May 2024, Sarah previously held the position of Head of Marketing at Island Poké from August 2022 to December 2023, where the focus was on strategic marketing for a growing QSR concept. Past roles include Marketing Manager at Wing Shack Co., Marketing Manager for COYA London in the UK and Europe, and Senior Marketing Manager for Ibérica Restaurants. Additional experience includes managing marketing operations at Bonnie Gull Seafood Shack and founding Squid Kitchen. Sarah's earlier roles encompass marketing communications at the Army Cadet Force Association and programme coordination with The Clore Social Leadership Programme and The National College.
