Mark Rudge

Mark Rudge is an experienced Business System Analyst and Implementation Consultancy Team Manager at Oleeo (formerly WCN) since October 2013. In this role, Mark manages a team of up to 14 Implementation Consultants, focuses on developing and enforcing efficient processes, and oversees performance management. Responsibilities also include training staff and clients, mentoring, consulting with clients to enhance relationships, and project managing new implementations valued below £25,000. Prior to this, Mark served as a Training Manager at World Careers Network from July 2007 to September 2013, where duties included managing a team of trainers and providing national and international IT software training and support. Mark holds a degree from the University of Portsmouth.
