Maribel Teixeira is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment strategies and teams across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Olema Oncology since November 2024, Maribel previously held the role of Recruiting Consultant at Andreessen Horowitz, where the focus was on stealth hiring for a new business in Ultra High Net Worth Wealth Management. Maribel's significant tenure at Genentech included serving as Director of Talent Acquisition for Corporate Groups, managing teams and collaborating on strategic goals to enhance recruitment processes.
