Scott Swanigan

With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Scott Swanigan is a Vice President within Olenick’s Energy & Utilities practice. He is responsible for delivery oversight, account management, and sales support. Scott was the system integration project manager for several large-scale, multi-million dollar implementations including fiber networks, OMS/DMS, SCADA and Mobile Dispatch systems. Since joining Olenick in 2001, Scott has managed client projects that encompass engaging with multiple organizations across the client’s enterprise and include leading teams of 25 or more. Prior to joining Olenick, Scott was an IT Project Manager at Geneer, and also worked for Allstate and Duke Engineering and Services. Scott graduated from Virginia Military Institute, with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and received his MBA from Devry University.
