Farhin Rahman

Farhin Rahman has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Farhin currently works as the Lead Talent Acquisition Project Specialist at Olgoonik Corporation since January 2021. Previously, they served as a Human Resources Supervisor at Olgoonik Corporation from January 2020 to January 2021. Prior to that, Farhin worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at SABIC from January 2019 to December 2019, where they played a key role in enhancing recruitment processes and strategies. Farhin also served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Applus RTD from 2014 to 2018, overseeing HR responsibilities for multiple locations. Farhin started their career as an HR Assistant at ObjectWin Technology, Inc. in 2008. Overall, they have brought strategic leadership, expertise in talent acquisition, and a focus on improving HR processes throughout their work experiences.

Farhin Rahman holds a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources Management from Houston Christian University. Farhin earned a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree with a focus on Social Work and Human Rights from Jamia Millia Islamia.
