Yifan Hao

Yifan Hao is a Senior Development Engineer at OLI Systems, Inc., with responsibilities including rewriting thermodynamic components and numerical algorithms in modern C++, implementing cloud-facing APIs, and developing features for property calculation and process simulation. Prior to this role, Yifan served as a Research Assistant at Texas Tech University, where expertise was applied in molecular thermodynamics, fluid phase equilibria, and pharmaceutical solubility modeling, while also contributing as a Teaching Assistant for multiple undergraduate courses. Yifan holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Dalian University of Technology.
