Riad Bajramovic serves as the Head of Training & Executive Coach at Modena Volley since September 2019, focusing on the design and delivery of high-level training events and developing training programs to transfer sports knowledge to managers. With extensive experience as a professional counselor, executive and life coach, and trainer since 2005, Riad specializes in personal development, corporate counseling, life performance, and human skills. Current roles include providing organizational consulting and executive coaching for Atlantic Fluid Tech, as well as counseling and training at Aspic Emilia and Scudata. Additionally, Riad holds executive coaching positions with QURA Srl, OLI - Vibration Technology, and SIR Robotics S.p.A., and has contributed to QualityFoodSolution as an executive coach and advisor.
