Nitzan Mousseri's work experience begins in 2017 as a Cyber Defender Course participant and later as an instructor for the same course at IDF C4I & Cyber Security Directorate. In 2018, Nitzan worked as a Security Researcher at Israel Defense Forces - Unit Matzov. From 2019 to 2021, Nitzan held various leadership positions at J6 & Cyber Defense Directorate, IDF, including Vulnerability Response & Threat Mitigation Leader and Network Defense Team Leader. In 2021, Nitzan became an Offensive Security Researcher at the Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200. Currently, Nitzan holds the role of Software Developer at Oligo Security, starting in 2022, and is also a Security Researcher at the same company starting in March 2023.

Nitzan Mousseri began their education in 2010 at Ironi B Rabin in Modiin, where they studied Computer Engineering until 2016. They then proceeded to enroll at The College of Management Academic Studies, majoring in Computer Science from 2020 to 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Nitzan Mousseri has obtained several certifications. They acquired the Extreme .Net certification from IITC College in January 2021. Nitzan also obtained the DB Design certification from InterBit in November 2020 and the Design Patterns certification from the same institution in April 2020. Furthermore, they completed the C Attack and Defense, Expert Red Team Hacking, and Pentest with Powershell certifications at John Bryce in June 2018 and May 2018, respectively.
