Emily Law, PHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Professional at Olin since April 2024. Prior to this role, Emily was the Director of Human Resources at Alliance Safety Council from August 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the strategic planning and administration of HR functions and aligning organizational objectives with business goals. From March 2014 to August 2022, Emily held the position of HR Manager at INEOS Oxide LLC, leading the HR department in developing strategic programs and ensuring regulatory compliance while advising Senior Management. Earlier experience included serving as a Human Resources Representative at INEOS, focusing on the administration of HR policies, employee relations, and recruitment processes across multiple business units.
