Charlotte K. Mokoena has a diverse background in various executive roles. Charlotte K. began their career as a Management Consultant at Manchu Consulting in 1997. Charlotte K. then moved on to work at Coca-Cola Africa Group as a Learning & Development Manager and later as an Organization Capability Manager. In 2002, they joined Telkom SA as the Group Executive of the Centre for Learning, responsible for human capital development strategy and training. Charlotte K. later became the Chief of Human Resources, overseeing HR planning and management for the company. Charlotte also served as the CEO of Telkom Management Services. Charlotte K. then joined Telkom as the Managing Executive of Global Services, focusing on service delivery for multinational corporate customers across Africa. Following this, they worked at Telkom SA as the Managing Executive of Customer Experience Management, leading a company-wide customer experience improvement program. Most recently, Charlotte K. Mokoena has been the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs at Sasol.
Charlotte K. Mokoena's education history includes a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Psychology and Sociology from North-West University, completed from 1987 to 1990. Charlotte K. also holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Johannesburg, obtained from 1993 to 1995.
