Aaron Edward Glenn

Aaron Edward Glenn has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Currently, they are the Software Engineering Lead at Olio Apps, where they guide teams in developing high-quality software products. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Apptio, leading software development projects and ensuring the timely delivery of software products. Before entering the tech industry, Aaron co-founded and managed Cascadia Dive Academy, a scuba dive training institution in Portland, Oregon. Aaron Edward also worked as a Scuba Dive Instructor and Marketing Specialist at Aquatic Sports, teaching dive courses and promoting the sport of scuba diving. In addition, Aaron founded AcademicMentorships, LLC, an education consulting company that provided tutoring services to international students. Aaron Edward also worked as an Open Water Scuba Instructor for PADI, teaching dive courses across Southeast Asia. Earlier in their career, Aaron served as a Cafe Manager at Mt. Bachelor and as a Student Ambassador at Central Oregon Community College. Aaron Edward also held the position of Director of West Coast Marketing at Firefly Marketing, Inc.

Aaron Edward Glenn holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations & Diplomacy from the University of Oregon, which they earned between 2008 and 2012. Aaron Edward later pursued a Certificate in CORe from Harvard University in 2019. In the same year, they also obtained a Certificate in Full Stack Software Engineering from Alchemy Code Lab, where they studied until 2020. Prior to their formal education, Aaron obtained an Open Water Dive Instructor certification in Marine Ecology from the Professional Association of Dive Instructors.
