José Augusto Agnello Jr.

José Augusto Agnello Jr. has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. José Augusto is currently employed at Olisipo as an Information Technology Project Coordinator since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Sensedia from August 2022 to May 2023 as a Project Coordinator/Team Leader, where they led a team of 14 individuals and was responsible for executing project rites and achieving expected results using various tools.

From September 2020 to August 2022, José worked at Synchro - Solução Fiscal as a Product and Service Quality Manager. José Augusto was responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services. Before that, they worked at Bysoft – Soluções para Comércio Exterior as a Delivery and Service Manager from August 2018 to July 2020. In this role, they implemented the Scrum framework and managed product and development teams' demands.

José's earlier work experience includes roles at Synchro, where they served as a Support Manager from March 2011 to June 2018, a Product Manager from June 2010 to March 2011, a Software Requirements Manager from March 2006 to June 2010, and a Functional Analyst from April 2003 to March 2006.
