Praveen Kumar N has a diverse work experience. Praveen started their career in 2005 as a Sr. Software Engineer at NIS Sparta. There, they managed projects, designed and developed software applications, and had a good understanding of the software design process. In 2008, they ventured into entrepreneurship as a digital marketing consultant, working with various clients to enhance their online presence through website development, advertising campaigns, and search engine optimization.

In 2010, Praveen joined Unicon Investment Solutions, where they played a crucial role as a Manager in the digital marketing team. Praveen strategized and executed marketing campaigns, focusing on promoting the company's brand, products, and services.

Taking their expertise to a real estate startup in 2012, Praveen became the Sr. Manager leading digital marketing initiatives. Praveen drove digital growth through various categories and analyzed campaign performance to ensure ROI and KPIs were met.

Since 2017, Praveen has been associated with Oliva Skin and Hair Clinic, first as the Head of Digital Marketing and then as the Chief Marketing Officer. Praveen has been instrumental in building the company's online presence, generating leads, and driving offline conversions. Praveen has also been responsible for revenue generation through e-commerce channels and mobile apps, as well as leading marketing initiatives like SEO, SEM, social media, content creation, and analytics.

Praveen also completed their 12th grade in Computer Science & Engineering from the Board of Intermediate Education, Hyderabad in 1999, and their CBSE - 10th from DAV Public School, Bhubaneshwar in 1997. Additionally, they obtained a GNIIT certification, a 2-Year diploma program in Information Technology, from NIIT Limited in 2005.
