Katarzyna Nam has worked in various roles in the mental health and psychology fields since 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Research Assistant at Jagiellonian University, conducting behavioral experiments, psychological tests, interviews, and qualitative analysis of recordings. In 2016, they worked as a Psychologist at C.P.E.E. Escuelita de Ilusiones (Fundación Ilusiones para el Autismo), where they conducted independent therapy and assisted in therapy with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In 2017, they worked as an IT Helpdesk at Atos, providing service to users based in Germany and interacting with customers via telephone, e-mail and the web. In 2018, they worked as a Project Management Trainee at Euroform RFS. In 2020, they worked as a Project Manager at Associazione Joint, writing an Erasmus+ KA1 project, communicating with partners, promoting open calls for ESC Volunteering candidates, and creating articles dedicated to youth organizations and youth workers. Currently, they are working as a Mental Health Specialist at Oliva, a Psychological Test Normalization/Standardization at Pracownia Testów Psychologicznych Polskiego Towarzystwa Psychologicznego Sp. z o. o., a Psychotherapist at Psychotherapy Center Pokonaj Lęk, a Psychology Intern at Psychological and Educational Counseling Center No. 4, and a Psychology Intern at Clinical Hospital dr. J. Babiński.
Katarzyna Nam is currently studying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at the Therapeutic and Training Center TerCognitiva. Previously, they obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from Jagiellonian University between 2011 and 2016. Katarzyna also studied at Universidad de Granada from 2015 to 2016, and obtained teaching qualifications from Jagiellonian University between 2014 and 2016.
