Olivia Freeborough has over 10 years of work experience in the field of psychological wellbeing. Olivia began their career in 2010 as an Intern/Researcher at RDF Television. In 2012, they moved to Genie Pictures as a Researcher. In 2014, they were promoted to Assistant Producer at Genie Pictures and then moved to Rare Day in 2013 in the same role. In 2018, they worked as a Research Assistant at Canterbury Christ Church University and as an Honorary Assistant Psychologist at Thinkaction. In 2019, they began working at INSIGHT HEALTHCARE LTD. as a Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and was promoted to Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner in 2021. Olivia currently works in the same role at Xyla Digital Therapies.
Olivia Freeborough has an extensive education history, beginning with Weald of Kent Grammar School from 1997 to 2004. Olivia then attended the University of Leeds, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Video and Photographic Arts in 2007. In 2016, they completed a Master of Science in Psychology at Canterbury Christ Church University. From 2018 to 2019, they obtained a Level 3 Certificate in Counselling from Community Counselling Trust, as well as a Level 2 Certificate in Counselling from the same institution. In 2019, they earned a Postgraduate diploma in Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner from the University of Surrey. In October 2018, Olivia was awarded a Graduate Member status from The British Psychological Society and is expected to receive a BABCP certification from the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies in August 2022.
