Amina Folarin

Amina Folarin is the Global People Director & Chief Inclusion Officer at OLIVER. Amina has over 10 years experience working in Human Resources and has held positions at DigitasLBi and ITV.

Amina has a proven track record in leading and delivering large scale projects and change initiatives. At DigitasLBi, they were responsible for the successful integration of the commerce practice into the wider organisation. Amina also led the delivery of a new organisational structure that was fit for purpose to deliver to clients and allow personal development for employees.

At ITV, Amina led a number of HR projects including the development and implementation of a new performance management system. Amina was also responsible for delivering a new employee engagement survey which resulted in improved employee engagement scores.

Amina is a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who is passionate about diversity and inclusion. Amina is committed to creating an inclusive culture at OLIVER where everyone can succeed.

Amina Folarin has a certification from the London Business School in Human Resource Strategy in Transforming Organisations Programme. Amina also has a certification from AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching in Coaching.
