Polina Novikova

Polina Novikova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Polina currently works at OLIVER Agency as the EMEA Operations Manager, a role they started in January 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Account Manager at OLIVER Agency from October 2021 to January 2022. Before joining OLIVER Agency, Polina worked at Havas as the Special Projects Group Head from August 2019 to December 2019. Polina also served as a Senior Account Manager at Tag from January 2017 to August 2019. Earlier in their career, Polina worked as an Account Manager at IN10SIVE from October 2015 to November 2016, and at Papa Carlo from August 2013 to September 2015. Polina began their career as a Project Manager at Alba Design from May 2012 to August 2013.

Polina Novikova earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Political Science from the State University - Higher School of Economics, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. In 2007, they participated in a Student Exchange Programme at Sciences Po, where they focused on Finance and Strategies for one year. In 2019, Polina pursued Professional Postgraduate Retraining at RMA, a business school, specializing in Art Management and Gallery Business. Additionally, in September 2015, they obtained a certification from the Università Bocconi, Bocconi University.
