Ernest Schmitz is a seasoned process and project management professional with extensive experience in various engineering and management roles. Currently serving as a Global Process Engineer at Oliver Healthcare Packaging since April 2022, Ernest previously held positions including Project Manager Capex at Nutreco, where responsibilities encompassed master planning, health and safety (HSE), and program management. At HeidelbergCement, Ernest worked as a Program Manager for the Competence Center Readymix, focusing on continuous improvement and risk management.
