David Shotton

David Shotton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. David began their career as an HR Placement Student at Brose, where they managed graduate recruitment and employment compliance. David then worked at Grass Roots as a Consultant, where they were involved in projects to redesign and deliver solutions to clients, such as Barclays and Seagate. David also gained experience as a Chairmans Intern, working on strategic projects and business research. After that, they worked as a Senior Researcher at PremierState, monitoring media and legislative publications and designing solutions for clients. David then transitioned into professional sports as a Professional Rugby Player for Rugby United NY. Currently, they are employed at Oliver James as a Senior Vice President, responsible for global underwriting, broking, claims, and legal recruiting.

David Shotton completed their education at Loughborough University. From 2005 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Geography, earning a 2.1 grade. Subsequently, they enrolled in a Master of Science program in Sports Management from 2009 to 2010, also at Loughborough University, and achieved a 2.1 grade for their degree.
