Pauline Maes

Pauline Maes is an experienced professional in talent introduction and consulting, currently serving as a Manager at Oliver James since February 2020. In this role, Pauline focuses on matching talented individuals with organizations to foster mutual growth and success, utilizing a flexible approach tailored to each client's unique needs. Prior to this, Pauline held various consulting positions at Oliver James, working up from Associate Consultant to Senior Managing Consultant. Additionally, Pauline has managerial experience at Bi’ok from October 2018 to January 2020 and served as a Saleswoman at BI'OK from October 2015 to October 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the European Business Council for Africa and Mediterranean. Pauline holds a Bachelor in Business Engineering from Université catholique de Louvain and has studied at EPHEC from 2013 to 2017.
