Carolyn Vo

Carolyn serves as the Head of Engineering in Oliver Wyman’s Digital practice in the Americas. She brings over 20 years of experience across technologies and provides strategic technical advisory to some of the world’s largest companies. She passionately steers the engineering team in an innovative direction that has direct benefit and impact both internally and externally to the company.

She has led numerous engagements for clients and has extensive experience partnering to deliver technical solutions and advisory alongside cross-functional teams in different industries such as healthcare, logistics, and retail. Designing and delivering end-to-end digital solutions is one of her core specialties, having worked across the spectrum of the technology stack against different agile methodologies. Additionally, she has successfully collaborated on hybrid teams alongside client team members in both collocated and distributed engagements.

Outside of work, Carolyn prefers to get unplugged and go analog. She enjoys traveling, road trips, skiing, fall hikes, kayaking, farmers markets, and chancing it by dining at hole-in-the-wall restaurants domestically and internationally.
