Melissa works to transform financial services companies by improving their operations and harnessing the power of technology.

As someone who is not a technologist by training, she leans on her ability to make connections and create a common understanding, often with and between the business and the technology teams in an organization.

At Oliver Wyman, Melissa enjoys acting as an advisor and mentor to many of our consultants to help them navigate their careers and create a place for themselves at the firm.
