Gregg Gilliam has extensive experience in information technology and supply chain management. Gregg most recently worked as the Director of Information Technology/Supply Chain at Olli Salumeria starting in September 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Information Technology at East Coast Seafood Group from November 2017 to September 2020. Before that, they held several positions at Campofrio Food Group America, including Director of Information Technology from June 2016 to November 2017, Director of Technology/Integrated Supply Chain from 2014 to 2016, and Director of Technology from 2012 to 2014. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as the Director of Technology at Fiorucci Foods, Inc. and previously served as the Manager of Information Systems from 2002 to 2008. Prior to that, they held the role of Information Systems Manager at Ceridian from 2000 to 2002. Gregg began their career as a Developer at Mid-Atlantic Pension Group from 1998 to 2000, where they developed and maintained custom applications for a third-party pension plan administration company.
Gregg Gilliam completed their high school education at Clover Hill High School from 1991 to 1994. Gregg then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Media Studies at Radford University from 1994 to 1998. Following that, they attended Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business for their Master's degree in Information Technology Management from 2006 to 2007.
