Lucas Mrowskovsky Paim

Lucas Mrowskovsky Paim is an experienced iOS Developer and AI Engineer currently working at Ollie since September 2022. Previously, Lucas held the position of Technical Lead Mobile and Senior iOS Developer at Bari Bank from September 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included ensuring technical quality of mobile source code, guiding new developers, and developing internal libraries. Prior to this, Lucas was a founding partner and Full Stack Developer at guizion.labs from October 2014 to September 2019, managing technical aspects and cloud infrastructure while developing software for multiple platforms. Lucas also served as a Professor at SENAI, teaching programming techniques and database subjects. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and a postgraduate degree in Applied Artificial Intelligence from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, alongside a Bachelor’s degree from Universidade Positivo.
