James E. Connolly

James E. Connolly has extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the retail industry. James E. most recently served as the Sr. Director of Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Risk Management, and Safety at Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President of Business Development, Growth Strategies, and Contract Management at American Integrated Security Group, where they successfully expanded the company's client base in the retail sector. James E. also held senior leadership positions at Burlington Stores, Inc., where they built and managed the Asset Protection department, and at Bloomingdale's, where they improved the performance of the Loss Prevention unit. James E. began their career at Filene's/Kaufmann's, where they oversaw loss prevention and safety operations across multiple locations.

James E. Connolly has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Science with a minor in Business Administration from Michigan State University. James E. is also a Certified Trainer in Diversity Awareness from the Professional Development Group in Minneapolis, MN.
