Whitney Harkness has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Whitney is currently working at OLLY PBC as a Senior Brand Manager. Prior to that, they worked at The Clorox Company, where they held various roles including Brand Manager for Amazon and Associate Marketing Manager for Cleaning Studio projects.
Whitney also had the opportunity to work at Microsoft as a Digital Marketing MBA Intern, where they were involved with the Cloud and Enterprise division. Additionally, they gained experience at Oracle as a Human Capital & Strategy MBA Consultant.
During their time at Ross School of Business, Whitney served as a Data Analytics & Insights MBA Consultant, providing consulting services to different organizations and successfully delivering data analysis projects.
In the past, they worked at Dish Network as a Senior Assistant Brand Manager, Digital Marketing, and also as an Assistant Brand Manager, Digital Marketing. Whitney started their career at Dish Network as an Instructional Designer/Developer I, Sales Training.
Whitney's early work experience includes an internship at Plum Voice as a Copywrite Intern, B2B Sales, and a role as a Team 1864 Tour Guide at the University of Denver. Whitney also worked as a Student Caller at Ruffalo Noel Levitz and as an Editorial Intern at Hippocrene Books Inc.
Whitney Harkness completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at the University of Denver from 2009 to 2013. Whitney'sfield of study included English with a concentration in Creative Writing, Spanish, and Marketing. In 2011, they participated in a semester abroad program at the School for International Training, focusing on Kenya, specifically Islam and Swahili Cultural Identity. Later, from 2016 to 2018, Whitney pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Strategy at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
