Morten Carstensen

Morten Carstensen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Morten is currently the owner of OLM Solutions, a remote staffing company established in 2015. In this role, they focus on finding quality remote staff for clients at affordable prices. Additionally, Morten is the owner of Jobybee, an app that connects freelancers with part-time jobs, and DokToYou, a full-service mobile app for virtual doctor consultations.

Prior to their current ventures, Morten was the owner of Doc's Candles, a successful candle operation in the Philippines. Morten oversaw operations, sales, and clients during their time there. Morten also worked as a Chartering Manager at Inter-Asia Marine Transport, Inc., where they were responsible for chartering international vessels and assisting with local manpower.

Earlier in their career, Morten held roles at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, including Sales Manager and Project Specialist. In these roles, they managed agency agreements, led sales and marketing efforts, and handled air and seafreight deliveries for large-scale project cargo.

Morten's work experience also includes a position as a Real Estate Agent at Engel & Völkers Portimão - Algarve, where they promoted the beauty of Portimao and Ferragudo, Portugal, and facilitated the buying and selling of properties.

Before venturing into these industries, Morten began their career as a Shipping Clerk at Otis Elevator Co.

Morten Carstensen completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from U/NORD and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Knord between 1989 and 1992.
