Bruce Jones

Bruce Jones is an experienced professional with a strong background in IT support and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Help Desk Team Lead and previously as Help Desk Analyst at Olmec Systems LLC since May 2021, Bruce has extensive experience with customer support and system management. As the Business Owner of Brilliant Concepts Clothing LLC since March 2002, Bruce established and leads a successful apparel company, managing a team of 15 employees. Prior roles include Field Engineer and various service desk positions at Advanced Computer Technologies, LLC from April 2019 to May 2021, and Data Integration Configuration Tech at SHI International Corp. Bruce's technical expertise is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Cloud and Systems Administration from Western Governors University and certifications in Information Technology from PC AGE Career Institute. Additionally, Bruce has experience in HVAC system installation and repair from Fleet Heat Express.
