Rob Hicks

Rob Hicks is an experienced IT and quality management professional with a diverse background in healthcare and technical support. Currently serving as an IT Technician at Olmec Systems LLC since March 2023, Rob also holds multiple roles as Quality and Patient Safety Manager for the NHS Buckinghamshire Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board, NHS Aylesbury Vale CCG, and NHS Buckinghamshire CCG since June 2022 and August 2016, respectively. Prior to these roles, Rob worked at Sonic State Ltd as Editorial Staff from August 2011 to June 2022, contributing to guitar effects pedal stories. Additional experience includes serving as a Field Engineer at Touch Logistics from August 2010 to December 2013 and as a Computer Technical Specialist at Computers Direct Ltd from June 2006 to August 2010.
