Jenna Nicholson has a diverse range of work experience. Most recently, they have been working at Olo since 2021, starting as a Content Marketing Manager and later being promoted to Associate Director, Content. Prior to Olo, Jenna worked at Wisely as a Senior Manager, Content Marketing in 2021. Jenna also held positions at Nice Branding Agency as a Digital Content Strategist from 2020 to 2021, Akita Media as a Web Designer and Digital Marketing Manager from 2017 to 2020, FortyThree as a Senior Digital Marketing and Content Manager from 2015 to 2017, Save Our Shores as a Communications Specialist from 2014 to 2015, and Good Times as an Entertainment Editor from 2012 to 2014 and as a Music & Events Editor from 2011 to 2012.

Jenna Nicholson attended UC San Diego from 2006 to 2010 where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Literature/Writing.
