Michael Minicilli

Michael Minicilli is an experienced legal professional with a focus on corporate and securities law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Corporate & Securities at Olo since June 2022, Michael previously held various roles at Guild Mortgage from October 2016 to June 2022, including Senior Corporate Counsel for Securities. Earlier experience includes positions as Staff Attorney at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP and Associate at Meyers Fozi & Dwork, along with other roles in corporate counsel at Streamlined Payments and Payment Systems Corp. Michael began legal training as a Corporate Counsel Clerk at Sony Electronics and has a comprehensive educational background, holding a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Italian from the University of San Diego.
