Michelle Sabourin

Michelle Sabourin is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the People + Culture Business Partner for Olo since May 2021, where responsibilities include leadership partnership, performance management, and talent development for approximately 300 employees. Prior to Olo, Michelle held the position of Human Resources Manager at LIFE Pittsburgh, overseeing a team responsible for various HR functions supporting around 400 employees. Previous roles at Matrix PDM Engineering included titles such as Human Resource Advisor and Coordinator, alongside earlier experiences in recruitment at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Technical Solutions Inc., and System One Services. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Marketing from Duquesne University and pursued a degree in Photography at The Art Institutes.
