With over 10 years of experience in product management, Priyanka is passionate about creating innovative and customer-centric solutions that help restaurants thrive in the digital age. As the Director of Product Management at Olo, she leads a team of talented product managers and designers who work on Olo Pay, an omnichannel payment solution for the restaurant industry.

In her current role, she is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Olo Pay, as well as collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, partners, and customers to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions. She manages the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and research, to development and launch, to feedback and optimization. Some of the key achievements that she is proud of include a remarkable 20-fold increase in Olo Pay's adoption rate during 2021. In 2022, she introduced 'Borderless,' a one-click login feature simplifying the checkout process, and in 2023, she successfully enabled card-present payments, further enhancing the capabilities of our platform.
