Marcos Moraes has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Marcos started their career in 2011 at IBM, where they worked as a Frontend/Backend Developer utilizing languages such as Dojo, jQuery, JavaScript, and PHP. Marcos also gained experience in CSS 2.
After that, Marcos worked at Folha de S.Paulo from 2013 to 2015 as a Frontend Developer. Marcos was responsible for developing websites and apps using jQuery, HTML 5, and CSS 2 and 3. Marcos also worked on backend development using PHP and utilized the Ominiture tool for page tracking.
In 2015, Marcos joined Tartigrado as a Java Developer, where they worked until 2015. Marcos then joined Letrus in 2016 as a Frontend Developer. Marcos worked on frontend development tasks until October 2016.
From 2017 to 2017, Marcos worked at Mobieduca.me as a Full Stack Developer. Marcos developed web solutions using PHP, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. Additional technologies used included Bootstrap 3, Vue.js 2, and Node.js.
In 2018, Marcos worked as a Full Stack Senior Developer at ALLPOINTS HOTEL REWARDS. Marcos was involved in planning and developing solutions to support the services offered by the company, using Node.js.
The following year, in 2018, Marcos worked at Doc88 as a Frontend Developer, contributing until 2020.
From 2020 to 2021, Marcos joined Redspark as a Frontend Developer. Marcos worked on various projects, including the development of designs from concept to application launch. Marcos also implemented Scrum and introduced new concepts such as Atomic Design. Additionally, they implemented Unit Tests and Snapshot using Jest.
In 2022, Marcos joined Questrade Financial Group as a Senior FrontEnd Engineer. Marcos developed a Stock's Dashboard in an MFE environment and implemented Unit Tests and Snapshot using Jest.
Currently, Marcos is working at Olos Tecnologia as a Senior Frontend Developer, starting in December 2022.
Marcos Moraes attended Universidade Nove de Julho from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Try Git" from Code School in March 2015.
