Jake Wax has been crafting consumer insights into impactful stories for Olson Zaltman since 2017. His work has taken him to 3 continents physically, and many other countries virtually, pursuing global consumer understanding. This global experience has shaped his work to include an open and inclusive mindset.

His experience is across a myriad of industry verticals and he is never afraid of taking on new challenges. Jake has worked with Fortune 500 clients including Coca-Cola, Whirlpool, Ford, Microsoft, and Procter & Gamble.

Jake has long held an interest in brand strategy, even interning in brand strategy in New York City prior to his time at Olson Zaltman. Since joining the company, he has taken this area of interest and turned it into meaningful application of insights for clients to ensure they get actionable outcomes from their projects. His passion lies in dissecting the fine details of consumer insights and their impact on client strategy.

Jake holds a B.S. in Marketing and B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
