Tony Perez over 40 years of experience in providing preconstruction and construction estimating services in the construction industry. As Senior vice president, he oversees all phases of estimating services that the Oltmans’ preconstruction team provides including pre-construction services, conceptual budget estimating, concrete and general estimating services. Tony offers not only his valuable expertise, but his keen awareness of current market conditions.
