Soji Elias

Soji Elias is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both corporate and civil law. Currently serving as Chief Counsel at Greyhorse Financial Corporation and Greyhorse Clearing House Limited, as well as Group Corporate Counsel at COOEC FZE Nigeria Group, Soji has built a diverse legal career that includes roles as Director at Capricorn Maritime and Chief Counsel at Olusoji Elias + Company, a boutique civil and commercial legal practice. With a strong academic background, including a PhD in Judicial Remedies in the Conflict of Laws from UCL and an LLM with Distinction from the University of Hull, Soji has also contributed to legal education as a lecturer in various subjects related to international law. Previous experience includes a senior lawyer position at Ajumogobia & Okeke and significant involvement in legal education in the U.K.
