Frederique Neuville

Frederique Neuville has over 20 years of work experience. Frederique began their career in 2000 at Cargill Texturizing Solutions as an Account Manager for France for Pharma & Personal Care and industrial, Ice Cream and Dairy. Frederique also served as an Account Manager Sweets France and North Africa and an Account Manager Sweets. In addition, they were a Technical Service Manager. In 2014, they joined Cargill as Sales Director EMEA -Cargill Beauty and Business Development Manager Personal Care. In this role, they were responsible for project management to develop new business and solutions to support growth of Cargill offering of nature derived texturizers, sweetners, oils & fats and specialies in Personal Care, as well as global coordination of Cargill business at PC Key accounts. In 2019, they joined Cargill Beauty as Global Sales Director. In this role, they were responsible for leading a global Sales team (20) and responsible for over 100M$ Yearly revenue. Frederique also developed Global Sales Strategy, regional sales strategies and global key account business plans, as well as implemented sales tools across the team. In 2021, they joined OLVEA as Directeur général délégué / Deputy CEO.

Frederique Neuville obtained an Ingénieur degree from INSFA Rennes between 1995 and 2000 in R&D - Marketing. In September 2020, they completed the Cargill Catalyst Program at INSEAD.
