Rafael P. Nader

Rafael P. Nader is currently the VP of Sales and Operations at OLX Brasil Real Estate, where RAFAEL oversees revenue generation and manages a team of over 400 people. RAFAEL is also the VP of ZAPway+ at ZAP+, responsible for the P&L of transactional business lines and strategic planning. Apart from their current roles, RAFAEL is also a Co-founder and Board Member at VocêQpad, a startup mentor at Inovativa Brasil MDIC, and an Advisory Board Member at Mais Vívida. With a background in marketing and business development, Rafael has a solid academic foundation with an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Business and Administration from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
